How do your services help with sleep and mental well-being?

Both our massage therapies and sound baths are designed to deeply relax your body and mind, which can significantly improve sleep quality and promote a sense of calm and mental clarity. Many clients report reduced stress and anxiety after sessions.

Can I fall asleep during a session, and what if I snore?

Absolutely! Falling asleep during a massage or sound bath is a common and wonderful sign of deep relaxation. Please don't worry about snoring; your comfort and relaxation are our top priorities, and we encourage you to fully surrender to the experience.

What do I need to bring for my session?

For sound bath group sessions, you don't need to bring anything specific. Just wear comfortable clothing,  bring yoga mat and blanket, pillow and eye cover if you prefer.

For massage, we provide everything needed for your comfort. If there are any specific requirements, we'll let you know upon booking.

Do I have to share my feelings or talk during a session?

Not at all. While we are here to support your holistic well-being, there's no expectation to share personal feelings unless you feel comfortable doing so. Our sessions are a safe space for you to relax and heal at your own pace. Many clients prefer to simply enjoy the quiet relaxation.

Is it a guided meditation provided, and can I just relax and go home afterwards?

For our sound baths, we create an immersive soundscape that naturally guides you into a meditative state. You don't need to actively 'do' anything; just lie back and let the sounds wash over you. Our aim is for you to leave feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed, ready to continue your day or simply head home to enjoy your peaceful state.

Who cannot have a sound bath?

While sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, there are a few considerations. We advise against sound baths for individuals with pacemakers, those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with severe mental health conditions. Please always inform us of any health concerns before your session so we can ensure it's suitable for you.

Is it okay that I was asleep during the session?

It's more than okay – it's a great sign! Falling asleep during your massage or sound bath means your body and mind have entered a deep state of relaxation and healing. Don't worry about it; just enjoy the profound peace.

Does the therapy still work if I fall asleep?

Absolutely, yes. The therapeutic benefits of both massage and sound baths continue whether you are awake or asleep. In fact, deep relaxation often enhances the body's natural healing processes, making the session even more effective.
